Mark has worked in the Food & Drinks industry for over 15 years, from Business Development roles to Senior Account Management and Leadership roles. Mark directs JDM’s Multiple Retail business in Whole Head Produce, driving our strategic partnerships within the sector and manages our business development into Added-Value Retail.
DIRECTOR OF FOODSERVICE
Mark has worked in the food industry for over 23 years; starting in NPD designing seasonings & flavourings before moving through technical and commercial roles. At JDM, Mark heads up our Foodservice division, aligning our NPD, culinary and innovation skills with our production capabilities to our clients' needs.
EUROPEAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (B2B MANUFACTURING)
Nick has nearly 20 years experience in Account and National Account Management, having supplied a wide range of food solutions including cooked and raw meat, poultry, fish, ready meals, soups and sauces and retail butchery. He has a strong knowledge of ingredients, including specialist ingredients such as spice extracts, anti-oxidants and encapsulated ingredients.

Martin has worked in the Food Industry for 20 years across a diverse product range from snacks and sushi to ice cream. At JDM, Martin drives the business's added value products in line with retailers' agendas, launching amazing additions to the market place.
