I enjoy the variety of my job, I can’t say its is boring! The range of processes and equipment and  problem solving engineering keeps the job motivating and rewarding, having a different thing to work on daily.

When I started in whole head I had to learn about the overall business, my role allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the planning differences. The ethos of JDM is very unique, all though we can do all scales, we carry out batch production, which we believe is how we stop ourselves becoming faceless and gives us a family owned feel.

Working as an engineer at JDM, having a good memory is highly beneficial, you must be willing to learn and take the time to do things right and talk to people. Communication is essential when understanding what people want, not what they think they want.
